Excellent staff. Perfect and sensational breakfasts. Magnificent location near Jelenia Gora and the main pedestrian zone. Right next to the park.

There was the perfect breakfast, truly enjoyed the location.

the location was magnificent close to the town centre and the staff here was amiable and exceptional. it was just a short stroll away from giraffe stop, serving fast food. we spent 1 night in twin room with big balcony.

The room itself was a nice size with very comfortable beds, big balcony, as example. Our breakfasts were perfect and excellent for vegetarian or vegan...

This place has an amazing setting, very close to local buses and Cieplice, with amicable and wonderful staff.

The guestrooms at Hotel Bella are so cozy and comfortable! I loved the 24-hour room service and the free WiFi was a great bonus. The safes in the room gave me peace of mind. And let me tell you, the triple room we stayed in had a fantastic flat-screen TV and an electric kettle - perfect for a relaxing evening!

Personally, I wasn't a huge fan of the spa bath in the apartment. But hey, that's just my opinion and I'm sure others would enjoy it!

One service that I missed for my work was the absence of international TV channels. It would have been ideal to have a TV box or access to online streaming to stay updated with international news and business updates.

The hotel bathrooms are on the smaller side, which may be a bit uncomfortable for some guests.
